Mickey Herbert
President & COO
Mickey Herbert is the President & COO of Meridian One and is based at Meridian One's Alexandria, Virginia headquarters. Mickey Herbert joined Meridian One in 1993 as a Marketing Coordinator and has since held a number of key positions in every department in the company. As President & COO, Mickey is responsible for overseeing company operations, marketing, group sales and call center operations. Additionally, she will be responsible for formulating and implementing the North American strategic initiatives of the company. Mickey holds a B.A. in Marketing from Howard University and a M.B.A. from Grantham University. Mickey is a member of numerous key trade and professional associations and has served on several committees, such as ASAE’s Special Events Action Team. Mickey has spoken on the topics of member benefit programs, the value of membership, and member retention throughout her career.

Richard Sullivan
Chairman of the Board
Richard Sullivan is a pioneer of the affinity benefit program marketplace. Richard founded Meridian One in 1986 with a vision to begin an independent member benefits business which could offer associations and their members a comprehensive benefit program under a single brand, 1-800-MEMBERS. Richard's vision has now grown to a company with over 700 trade and professional group clients and eight different supplier companies. As Chairman of the Board at Meridian One, Richard remains the driving entrepreneurial spirit of the business. A native of Norfolk, Virginia, Richard is based in our Bonita Springs, FL office.

Andrea Nock
Vice President, Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development, Andrea is responsible for leading the company’s planning and execution of strategies to increase sales and company growth. Andrea manages a team of sales professionals, oversees inbound and outbound sales activity and ensures a quality and engaging member experience. She is also responsible for business planning, budget development, profitability and investment in sales technology. Andrea holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland and joined Meridian One in 2003. She previously held roles in Meridian One's sales, marketing and data departments before making the transition to her current management role.

Lacey Blank
Vice President, Marketing & Communication
As Vice President of Marketing & Communication, Lacey is responsible for overseeing all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving marketing targets. She is specifically responsible for business and market development; market research and planning, strategic direction for promotion and advertising; coordination with sales; and hiring and directing the day-to-day activities of marketing and communications staff. After attending Howard University, majoring in Marketing, Lacey joined the association industry. Lacey has more than 20 years of association experience focused on membership marketing and member engagement. She is also a longtime member of her professional association, ASAE.

Michelle Rosario-Whyte
Director Recruitment and Professional Development
Michelle Rosario Whyte’s sales career expands over 20 years, managing Meridian One’s sales teams for the past 8 years. Her sales, customer and employee relations experience has been in several industries, including telecommunications, software and logistics. Michelle obtained a BA from Hunter College and almost went into law soon after, however, decided she was better suited for employee and customer relations. She now heads Meridian One’s Recruitment and Professional Development initiatives and strongly believes employees are the company’s most important asset, therefore, it is highly important to retain top talent, develop, mentor and collaborate with employees to support company overall success and achievement of goals.

Deirdre Mubaiwa
Senior Affinity Marketing Manager
Deirdre Mubaiwa is a Senior Marketing Manager at Meridian One Corporation. Deirdre manages Meridian One association programs and is also the point contact for some of Meridian One’s key association relationships. Deirdre’s responsibilities include providing marketing and reporting support to managed association clients. Deirdre has been with Meridian since 2004 and has held various positions within the sales center and the marketing department. Deirdre’s education includes a B.A. in English and most recently a B.A. in Business Admin through the Meridian One funded education program.

Mark Wilson
Affinity Marketing Manager
As an Affinity Marketing Manager, Mark works with a wide range of associations but has a primary focus on the Chamber/BBB and Accounting verticals. He is also the program manager for the InterCall and Paycom member programs and is responsible for developing and maintaining those programs. Mark holds a B.A. from the University of Cincinnati and has been with Meridian One since September 2009, starting as a representative in the call center and moving to the marketing department in 2010.

Antonio Tizol
Senior Communications Manager
Antonio has been the Senior Communications Manager at Meridian One since 2008. He holds a B.A. from Hampton University and a M.S. from Grantham University. As the Senior Communications Manager, he is responsible for designing all of the company’s artwork (print & web), managing production cost, and maintaining relationships with the vendors. He supports the whole company, but mainly the Marketing Managers in developing marketing materials for our associations.

Rondell Lewis
Manager of Training and Productivity
Ron is responsible for hiring new employees, and for the continuous product and sales development training of the sales center employees. He ensures that the various sales center teams maintain the highest standards of member satisfaction- standards which both supplier partners and association partners have come to know and expect of Meridian One. Ron also works with the Senior Sales Center Manager to uphold consistent levels of productivity in order to effectively achieve company goals. Ron joined Meridian in 2005 as a sales representative for the Freight Logistics Team and has since held various positions within the sales center. Ron holds a B.A. in Education from University of South Carolina.

Jennifer Johnson
Affinity Marketing Coordinator
Jennifer has been with Meridian One since 2012 and has held positions in both the sales center and marketing department. As a Marketing Coordinator, she is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans for the various associations that she manages. Jennifer has a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University with a concentration in Marketing.
